This wall hanging was made from white fabric.  I painted the background then drew the picture on the fabric. Next I used several different things to get the effect I wanted.  This fabric is as soft as any high quality cotton fabric an be. This was free motion machine quilted. This is a map from the actual journals of Lewis & Clark. The map shows the trip to Oregon and back again.
