Designs are my original work and I reserve the right for the sale of any work I sell.  Buyer understands that they are free to stitch any or all of the designs, in any way they choose, on items to keep, to give as gifts or to sell. They further understand that the rights to the designs themselves remain with Ginger Christmas and they may not transfer them to another party without first getting the permission of the seller nor may they sell them in any form. Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these designs is a violation of copyright law.
